Arizona Supreme Court Order Reducing Cut Score to 270

On October 4, 2023, the Arizona Supreme Court issued an administrative order establishing a new minimum passing score for the UBE in Arizona. The order reduces the passing score from 273 to 270. This change will apply to the July 2023 bar exam and subsequent exams moving forward.
